Served as Product Manager for Software Integration of an Acquisition Category-1 Major Automated Information System. Maintained responsibility for $2.4 Billion dollars project budget for the Program Objective Memorandum.       Led the team that built, tested, and fielded a cost-effective, interoperable, enterprise-wide, software-intensive cross-functional systems which delivered Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities world-wide. Executed Quarterly Test Readiness Reports, several complex Integrated Master Schedules, bi-annual program management reviews, safeguard protocol, Information System Security Management and Risk Management.       Ensured integration and compliance with the Biological Arms Control Treaty. Provided technical support to versatile branches in advance of Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention negotiations and compliance initiatives. Served as the Export Control Officer and executed the Export Control mandates by the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security policy and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. In honor of service to the nation, he was awarded one of the highest United States of America Army, military awards, “The Legion of Merit”.
